Interview
There were two rounds of half an hour each interviews. The interviews were competency based and carried on in a very friendly, yet proffesional manner. Few questions were tricky, but majority was reasonable. Do your homework and you'll be fine. Do read as much as possible about what Operations are and try to imagine yourself working in it.
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

Interview
The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
