It was smooth and quick, the person who did the interview was really professional, it was pretty straight forward interview, they were looking for a Logistic Manager with not so much experience so they can train that person on their way or work.

It was all behavioral type of questions and 4 members were present virtually to interview me. All questions were mostly behavioral questions and it went for almost an hour. Be prepared with all type of behavioral questions and you can nail it.

Smooth and easy. Great people easy questions and really interested in driving cultrue as opposed to simply the bottom line. Very interested in their poeple development and succession strategies. Great mentoring was offered and HR was very nice to deal with.
