Applied through another company and they suggested applying for a role with Iren. The whole process was positive. Had 5 interviews starting with the HR recruiter, the next three were technical mixed with getting to know you chats. Overall people experience was amazing. One step that they do that is a little different, you take a human chemistry assessment. You don’t take the assessment unless all of the interviews went well. Someone from the assessment company called and went over the results. After asking some clarifying questions to better understand why I chose the answers I did, they let me know the results would be sent to the company that ordered the assessment. I would say within a few days of receiving my assessment results, I received a call with a verbal off. The written offer took a little longer due to needing signatures. It didn’t feel like an interview, it felt like a normal conversation. By far one of the best processes I’ve encountered. Great experience!

Question 1
Asked about my background and what I do to stay current in the field I was interviewing for.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Iren (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2026
Interview
Talent aquisition manager => Techincal interview => Top Manager
The process was a started by a recuiter and I did not get to the techinical interview which was a little bit surprising and with no proper feedback.
