Over the phone interview. Then a tour of the facility with questions and answers. Showed me the machine and explained the process thoroughly. Answered plenty of questions and was very helpful telling me about the company culture and vibe of the place.

Three step interview process.
It was straight forward and I got to learn about the company.
I met with a recruiter, then the person who would be my boss, then one more person above that.
The manager was professional at the beginning but as soon as he knew our timeline does not match he abruptly hang on the call. Very unprofessional interview. Never bad this kind of experience
