Erst einmal war es ein 30 Minütiges Kennenlernen über Zoom mit dem Abteilungsleiter und danach ein persönliches Kennenlernen mit Teammitgliedern vor Ort. Es war eine lockere Atmosphäre und ich habe mich nicht unter Druck oder gestresst gefühlt.

Interview
They interviewed me for 2 rounds 1st round introduction with HR 1st technical round with team leader For 2nd round they called me to Darmstadt from Munich and said it's just a informal catch-up with team and not a technical or managerial round. After I went back , sent me a reject after 2 days with no reason provided. Did not even reimburse the travel expenses for visiting for the interview process. The catch-up could had been done on video call also if they were not sure if hiring or not.
