Interview
First call with HR recruiting officer. Brief, friendly, objective is to see whether there is interest on candidate side (profile was found through LinkedIn).
First Business Manager then set up a meeting to discuss profile and explain different aspects of the company.
Second meeting set up with Business Manager, allowed both sides to ask questions that hadn't been covered in previous meeting.
Third meeting is a formality after their internal review to offer contract.
Brief but friendly meetings, destined to make sure candidates have the right kind of personality for a consultant role. References are called.
