I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuitive
Interview
It was a 3 month process. After interviewing with multiple people and being flown out to California to do a field ride and check out their headquarters, I was told they decided to move forward with an internal candidate. While I appreciate that they called me and told me (instead of sending me an email or going silent) I wish they had just not wasted my time or at-least be honest about the situation. I saw other reviews saying people went through a similar situation. I think it’s great that Intuitive supports their people but if you have someone who is due for a promotion just go ahead and do that before dragging a candidate along for no reason. It’s one thing if it was just a one time situation but there were two roles that were open and both were given to internal candidates.
