Interview
The hiring process was wonderful! Just for anyone interested the recruitment process starts in the fall before your summer internship so apply early. I applied through a post on my schools website and got an email to set up an interview. I had an interview with three people I would be working with (the manager I would report to, someone who seemed like my mentor, and someone else on the team). The questions were really basic just about why I picked my major, what I've done in my past internships and what I am looking for in an internship. Next I got a call from HR explaining more details of the internship, not really any interview questions just getting more into the details to see if I was still interested. A few days later I scheduled a skype interview with two people (two that I already talked to on the phone). They just asked a few more basic questions about my expierence, it was more to get to know me. A few days later I got a phone call from the HR person I had talked to before and verbally accepted and later (< 2 hours later) received the offer letter via email!
Tell me about your resume. Tell me a time where you and a peer had differing opinions. How did you solve it? Explain the DMAIC methodology. What is Cpk. What is a Design of Experiment

Interview
It was an efficient process. I had an initial screening with a recruiter then 4 calls with the hiring manager, his direct reports, and his directors. It was overall a behavioral interview process and had no technical questions.
Very thorough and insightful. Lots to think about and asked a lot of deep questions. Be prepared to talk about your work and your experiences. The interviewers were really friendly and kept things light.
