There a a Streamlined and Structured Recruitment Process which initiates with the Recruiter contacting the Prospective Candidate. Doing his/her initial round of Screening. If the Candidate matches up with our JD (Job Description) than a standardized, documented email specifying the Date & time of Interview etc. is sent to the Candidate along-with the JD & Company Profile PPT. When the Candidate comes to the Office there is a structured flow which starts with filling up a Profile Sheet to certain relevant tests to Screening etc. Finally, only the Refined Candidate reaches the MD in most cases.
