Interface Biologics interview questions

I had the first interview with the HR person and that was just simple questions such as how did you hear about us and so on. The second interview was with a Chemical Engineer and these were technical questions related to my previous experience. Nothing unexpected I would say. Some behavioural questions as well.

Very thorough interviews (2 rounds), covering behavioural and technical subjects. Interviewed with all of upper management and team members. Since they are a small company, they have the best interest in minimizing the risks of hiring someone who is not a good fit for the company. The company develops materials for medical devices so it is imperative to have experience in materials research and knowledge about medical devices.
