I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intereum (Plymouth, MN) in Dec 2018
Interview
First there was a phone call to discuss the position. Then I was brought on-site to interview with two design managers. The interview was a little over an hour and after I was given a tour of the building.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intereum in Sept 2018
Interview
I went through their initial phone screening and they barely asked me any questions. They mostly just described the role and the company. The interviewer's main concern was asking about my salary expectations. It's never a good idea to discuss that so early, so I said that I'd rather discuss in person, but she pressed hard for an answer. When I asked how long she worked there, she said only 3 months. So this person is responsible for finding talent, she's barely worked for the company and her only tactic is to find people based on price?
