A recruiter reached out to me and invited me for an introductory conversation about the role. Then I had an interview with the manager who liked me enough to have interview with the team. That also went well so I had to prepare a presentation for the team on a topic of my choosing. The day after I did the presentation I found out I got the job. I appreciate how quick the process was and that my time wasn't wasted.
