IntellectEU interview questions

The interview process felt unclear and at times confusing. There was visible uncertainty around whether the role was intended for a graphic designer, a web designer, or a combination of both, which made expectations difficult to understand. The recruiter also seemed misaligned on the team structure (it was mentioned there were two designers, while in reality there was one part-time designer) and on who I would be meeting with next (the technical interview was said to be with a designer but was actually conducted by a product manager). While the individual conversations were polite and professional, the overall process lacked clarity and alignment.
