Initial screening from HR, Hr confirmed tech team approved my profile can go directly to panel
I have waited for long time for interview. They don't care your time.
I was sitting outside in the reception. The panel member came and called my name and walked inside (no information like "come with me", "Go there", "Go here" etc. i just followed him and asked him can i come with you.
No welcoming mentality :- I had to ask weather i can sit. No hi, hello, smile or anything.
Start 5 Min silence : i was just sitting in front of that person for 5 mins he was reading my profile at that time.
Questions : 100% of questions were irrelevant and arguments. As per HR he approved my profile for technical interview. Then how can you ask irrelevant questions.
No Knowledge about the position which they are hiring : Whatever he asked based on his knowledge, At least check my profile and asked based on that. he was a back-end guy looking for a back-end guy whereas i am a designer and front-end guy.
Finally he asked he oh you know Photoshop?? that was shocking for me.. so what were you hiring for??.
I had to ask him weather interview done can i go etc. he was not giving any information. had to find doors in the maze where no help was there.
Waste of time. Never attended an unprofessional interview like this in my life. I will not suggest anybody for this position if you gonna work under that Panel member.
