I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intellecap in Mar 2025
No offer
Negative experience
Easy interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Intellecap (Nairobi) in Jul 2021
Interview
The first two rounds went great but they ghosted me in the third round . Poor communication , it would take very long before they got back in between rounds. More time than they had stated
2 rounds of interview held
First is an introductory round with basic questions - tell me about yourself, why do you want to quit your current organisation , are you willing to relocate etc
2nd round was more project implementation oriented questions
I was also asked irrelevant questions around having kids and managing travel for the job
I did not get any response from the HR after the second round which was kind of indecent

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intellecap (Dhaka) in Apr 2023
Interview
An HR person contacted me through LinkedIn to interview for the Sr Associate position for their new initiative in Bangladesh - Circular Apparel Innovation Factory (CAIF). This was followed through with call with the CAIF Manager, which went well. The next part of the interview was the case analysis - this is where I became frustrated with the company and opted out of the interview process. The "case analysis" was actually questions that seemed like a scoping study - information that the company should be paying someone to research instead of posing as interview questions. It was not a problem-solving type case, and the question was worded incorrectly. The questions also arrived 40 minutes late, and my inquiries to HR went unanswered when I followed up about the questions not arriving. All in all, their approach was highly unprofessional, and so I chose to not proceed further with the interview.
