The whole process took about a month. I applied online in mid May 2026 and then heard back a week later asking me to schedule an interview. I only had one interview and then a lot of radio silence, which was kind of disappointing because I remember the initial interview going well and I was also quite enthusiastic to work for them. I sent about two follow-up emails, but didn't hear anything until I received an automated rejection email from workday today. During the initial interview (which was through teams) they asked me a couple of questions (maybe about 4 questions ?) about myself/why I wanted to work for Insulet and then allowed the rest of the time for me to ask questions. They told me they would get back to me in a week after talking to the HR manager and even said they would talk to them about considering me for another role as well. Unfortunately, there were not any updates from the time I had my interview to my rejection, and I felt in the dark the whole time. I think Insulet is a good company, and I wish I had gotten the opportunity to go through more than 1 round of interviews, but at the same time, I also wish they would have been more communicative throughout the whole process. Note: Perhaps obvious, but make sure to thoroughly prepare for your interview by fully knowing their products/the company background, and have plenty of questions for them to answer!
