I interviewed for several related positions over the course of a year. At one point, I went through the full round of interviews and then waited more than one month for a decision (no offer). The total time for that one position was two months. I interviewed for other positions with 3 different internal recruiters and multiple hiring managers receiving only positive feedback. I had multiple internal referrals from employees at Senior levels within the company. I had been told early on in my interviews to keep applying because they would be hiring a lot of new employees. To this day, they have continued to list job openings for the same positions I’d interviewed for. At one point, I was told that I was “too senior” for some of the positions I’d applied for. I spent many hours interviewing with the company and only received positive feedback. I was told at another point that they decided to hire at “more junior” levels and “lower on the pay scale”. I’d expressed that I was willing to take a more junior role at a lower salary level. Despite the time spent and the positive feedback, I never received a single offer.
