Interview
The interview process was straightforward, and I appreciated how approachable and engaging the recruiters were throughout the entire experience. They made me feel comfortable and created an environment where I could express myself openly. Although I didn't make it through the technical round, I found the experience to be highly valuable. It provided me with insights into areas where I can improve, and I walked away with a better understanding of what to expect in similar future interviews. Intermediate difficulty interview, Main questions about software development patterns and an exercise with Java language. The interviewer was nice and replied all the questions I had about the company. The experience overall was quite good.

Interview
First there was a phone screening interview in which the company asked me about my experience and skills. The second and last interview was at the client's location. Insight Global helped me to prepare on the possible set of question I might face at the client. The interview was smooth, and it was a two way interview.
