I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
I recently went through the interview process with insight global and I found it to be quite challenging and frustrating. They were extremely nitpicky about every detail and didn't seem to care much about what I could bring to the table. Instead, they seemed to judge my personality based on just one phone call, which felt very superficial and unfair.
Additionally, the pay they offered was way too low for the responsibilities and expectations they have. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend it to others seeking a fair and respectful hiring process.
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Question 1
Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
