The first interview process was quite simple as a phone call and a get-to-know-you interview. She just asked about my life and experiences and how I can use it in the real world and at Insight Global.

How did soccer form you and your skills into the person you are today?
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
