Was an extremely positive experience. The people that work there are fantastic. Someone preps you for each and every interview. For me, a company that really embodies its values shows that during the interview process, and they really are the company they claim to be.

What about you and your experiences make you gritty?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
