The interview process was professional and expeditious. Tyler Snow made sure that I was aware of where we were in the process by calling and emailing me periodically. It spoke volumea for the company.

No questions were asked that were not typical of a consultant.
Spoke to multiple people in the office but did not get the sense that I would be a good fit for the role or in the office environment, felt like a pyramid scheme

It seemed as though the rep I was in contact with didnt even think I'd get the job but was still consulting with me acting like she believed in me. During my first interview, the woman was clearly at a table with other interviews going on, she was highly distracted and kept looking elsewhere, it simply was a waste of time.

It felt very frat vibes and felt like they hype up the culture just for it to be a job where you do everyone’s dirty work and don’t get paid enough to do it.
