I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO)
Interview
One of their recruiters on LinkedIn reached out to me about the job. At first, it seemed amazing. They really sell you in saying that the position is all about managing relationships with people and you have opportunities to grow within the company. When I went for the in person interview, they matched me with three different men (I'm female). Though they were nice, they didn't even look at my resume or ask about my interests. They basically just want to see that you are approachable and can carry a conversation, which is more or less the job. If you loved being in a frat or sorority in college or are extremely outgoing, this job will be awesome for you and has a TON of perks. I ultimately declined it due to the fact I didn't want to be in recruiting.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
