The interview process is great (which should be expected for a recruiting company), and they provide the questions ahead of time. They really care about finding a good fit for their team, so it is more of a conversation than anything.

Interview
There were 3 interviews. Each one around an hour long. Required hours of research and prep work. Two of the interviews were with two people. It was exhausting and after three rounds of interviewing, they said no to me after telling me how much they loved me for the position.
