Insight Global Full Stack Developer interview questions

Long process that took nearly 2 months in total until I was ghosted. My experience with Insight Global started off smoothly with good communication from the recruiter. After a successful initial assessment interview, I was asked to complete a HackerRank challenge, followed by a client interview that included a live coding session. Unfortunately, the client passed on me, but the recruiter stayed in contact and offered another role. For the second opportunity, I was asked to complete another live coding interview, followed by technical questions. After the interview, I reached out to the recruiter for updates, but I was left on read and received no further communication. Being ghosted after multiple interviews felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Additionally, I found that the company offers salaries well below market rates for the work involved. Another issue was the cold calls they made, which often came at inconvenient times, making it difficult to respond. Overall, the lack of communication, low compensation, and disregard for candidate time left me frustrated. I would advise caution to anyone considering working with them.
