It can be initially difficult to get the interview, but basically they want to make sure you are the right fit for the organization. From what I've heard everyone's interview experience is different here but I had one interview with the hiriing manager and then another with the team I would be working with.

I received a call from HR asking me basic questions. A few days later, this was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a team member. It was pretty straight forward. Process did not take long.
