Infosys Technical Java Lead Developer interview questions

The interview was happened in total 3 round, one round of technical interview one round of managerial interview and last HR round. After Clearing all round and salary discussion the HR (Sanika) told that they will release the offer letter in next 10 days but it never calls backs neither they send the offer letter. When I called the HR then she behave very rude and disconnect the call.
