The recruiter was all over the place. She was not prepared for the initial phone screen and rushed me off the phone. The interview lasted all but 5-6 minutes. She didn’t introduce herself, review the role or ask me any questions. She simply asked me to go over my experience, then asked me if I had any questions. Then quickly ended the call. I would suggest that the recruiter take some time to reevaluate the process for conducting phone screenings.

Interview
Standard interview process, first call with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a panel interview. All interviews were done remotely through zoom, but this was also during covid so onsite interviews may be more available now.
