I knew the co-founder through a couple of conferences and when I needed a job I tweeted out that I was looking for one. The co-founder tweeted back to come and meet him. I went to meet him unaware that this would actual act as a personality test / 1:1 interview. We talked about a lot of things informally with topics ranging from cricket to my preferences of operating systems, what software/hardware I use ...a lot of things. At the end of the conversation he asked me whether I would like to join the company, and introduced me to the two user experience employees who work currently in the company.
