Smooth and very friendly. The interviewer was nice and accommodating. I was a little nervous because it was my first time but it worked out well. The company and the employees are welcoming and has a very competitive environment.

We met at a coffee shop and had a conversation with random questions about life goals and where I could see myself impacting the company and making this a career for my future.

Question 1
What are my goals for the future when becoming part of the company
The hiring process began with my filling a large packet of contracts and disclosures to be read and signed. Expect to be doing this process alone for at least 2 hours. Also there will be a series of demonstrational videos each followed by 1-2 page tests on the information previously presented. Long process. You will be given a lunch break. Allot an entire day for the whole hiring process.

There were no real interview questions. Since I would be giving care to my family member, they were simply more interested in my capabilities as a Home Health Aide (ie. the demonstrational videos and tests).
