Ich hatte zwei sehr angenehme Vorstellungsgespräche im Verlauf der Bewerbertage für die Stelle (Senior) Engineer Unit Process.
Die Fragen waren so gestellt, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, dass meine zukünftigen Vorgesetzten (und HR) eher Interesse an meiner Person hatten, als mich "prüfen" zu wollen.

The interview was really professional, question asked were mainly regarding past experience and understanding about the role, challenges faces and solution. The interview were more on the technical side with little bit of leadership
