I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infer (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Casual environment but challenging questions. They are very picky with their hires which I found refreshing. I met with two AEs, the CRO and the VP Sales. All good people that looked to connect on a personal level. I'd recommend a suit (for men), no tie. Prepare to talk about your past, your selling style, your expertise in strategic SaaS selling, and what you know about the company and the space in general.
