This makes us confused because the hiring process has always been the same. Please keep in mind that our hiring process includes 3 rounds of interviews. This insures that we only hire top talent so we can better serve our clients. Since there are 3 interview rounds, it’s normal that we take time before taking a definitive decision. You also mentioned that you were given several assurances that you’re likely to be hired but that can’t possibly be true. Why you may ask? Because our talent acquisition team are all professionals and they know to never promise anything.
