Rema is such a lovely person, she is really warm, welcoming and a delight to speak to. The interview was conducted via video call by Calvino and Krista who were equally as lovely and a pleasure to meet. Having not had an interview for over 6 years it was a great experience for me personal to learn from and build on for any future roles. I walked away with a great understanding about the business and role itself and although I suspected I hadn’t answered the questions to the best of my ability due to the nerves getting the better of me on the day, I got wonderful feedback and the opportunity to potentially apply for a different role which we all agreed may be better suited for myself.
