Excessive. intrusive .misleading. Expected a world class consultancy. Actually a company at infant stage pretending to be Lean. Very long thorough interview but after that a dissapointment. Offerd a contract with unacceptable terms not even sure if it was legal in China or America. Lots of ammendments required.

I have get this job in employee referell. And I have attended the excell assessment and one on one hr interview. And get an offer within one week.
