2 tech round, 1st round is easy 2nd round is much more technical with Indepth questions of java J2EE Manager Round, Hr round is there which was quite time consuming, It took about 8 hours to complete all the rounds

it was written. i got one question paper. question was related to core and advanced java. some was related to SQL.
after clear that round i got machine round and there i was needed to create one program on server using spring technology.
after was HR round. we did discussion for salary.
they told me that first 6 month you have to work as a trainee and after 6 month we will provide you job. i got offer letter. but the do not pay salary on time. after working 8-9 month i left that job.

It was quick and very rushed. The interviewer seemed distracted and wasn't really listening to me. The questions were extremely standard and non personal. I lost interest in the position due to the interviewer.
