I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Illumina (San Diego, CA)
Interview
First step was the video interview. Then the 2 day, 45 min per person, 6 person interview. Everyone was very pleasant/personable but it was draining as I had to repeat answers over and over for the same questions. Also once the interviews were done, i followed up with the recruiter a few weeks later and never heard back.

fair but not easy. long process. I didn't mind difficult process. somehow professional. overall it was not bad. I didn't get the offer but I made it to the end.
Secured an PMO interview through a recruiter 2 different times, all of my calls have been remote usually video. First call with HR or recruiter, then with team leader, then last is a panel of 3 or 4 teammates. Everyone has been super friendly and engaging.
