I applied to Ideasmyth through Indeed, and shortly after I sent in my resume/cover letter, I received an email from the HR manager, who expressed interest in my resume and sent me some pre-screen questions about my experience with and knowledge of social media and PR. After submitting my responses, I was asked to have a Skype interview and then after that, they requested 3 references. Then I was invited to the Ideasmyth office for an in-person interview, which was more of a discussion about the company and the role I would play in it. Following this, they offered me the position.
