Processo tramite un piattaforma online. Non si ha un contatto diretto con gli HR. La piattaforma propone una serie di domande a cui rispondere one time. Alcune domande erano in italino mentre altre erano in inglese. Nel complesso le domande erano molto generali e lasciavano spazio
Intervista con IA e poi con dipendente HR. L’intervista richiede domande personali sul proprio percorso accademico e lavorativo. Richiede l’uso di webcam e microfono, per la registrazione di piccoli video.
This company required an assessment prior to in person interview. This was an online math related assessment which was to be expected for an analyst level internship role. Following passing the assessment an in person interview was arranged.

The interviewer was very friendly and professional. The hirevue process is unnecessary in my opinion.
