Interview
Not your usual interview as I was hired due to my previous job. I was interviewed twice by group of panel. My skills suited the company reuirements. Interviewers were freindly and made you feel at ease. However, it took sometime to get the offer letter. Since the organization was undergoing change. Overall, it was a breeze.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
