Had a quick chat with the HR rep about my experience, the software I knew, and the job description. I was asked to complete two online proficiency assessments- one for excel, one for sharepoint. A few days after completing the assessments (and not doing very well on them..) I was contacted to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, with your standard interview questions- nothing out of the ordinary. While I didn't end up getting offered the position, the process was relatively painless.
