- screening of CV
- aptitudinal tests similar GMAT/GRE
- two interviews with business cases, one individual and one group assessment,
- call motivational with HR
- final call with a senior consultant with different situations and business cases

Interview
It was good and fast, they made it feel more like a friendly conversation than an interview and that makes it easy to feel comfortable. Just make sure to be confident and have a smiling face when you answer questions and know everything that you put on your resume
