First round face-to-face interview with senior consultants, followed up by phone HR interview, concluded with face-to-face interview with directors and presentation to the rest of the team. Interview process went smoothly but did include several steps whereas I think a one off interview day could have been organized instead.

Virtual interview. Three stages with people working in the HEOR department. First stage interview was with an HEOR analyst who asked about my background and skillset while referring to my resume and CV. Second stage interview was with the director who furthermore inferred about my background and current skillset. Final interview is with HR.
