      Interview

The first step in the interview process was a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step in the interview process was a virtual zoom interview with hiring manager and other leadership in which you were asked to prepare a short presentation on a topic and present it as if you were communicating this information to a patient.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at IQVIA (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2013

      Interview

I applied online. On Super Bowl Saturday morning, I receive a call from the recruiter asking if I was available for a phone interview on Sunday. I said yes and we set the time. She called 3 hours early. The phone interview lasted about 6 minutes. Then, 3 weeks later, I receive a call from a different recruiter about the same position. He wanted me in Chicago the next week for interviews. I was to prepare a PowerPoint, bring my "brag book" and examples of my published writing skills. I was offered the position w/I 2 weeks. Great salary, benefits, etc but I was unable to drink the corporate Kool-Aid and the experience helped me understand why pharmaceuticals are so expensive. They spend money as if there is no tomorrow, usually wastefully. Open bars nightly for the 3 weeks of training in a hotel in which you are staying. Trying to get my W2 after I left was a hassle to the extreme until I stated that I would just contact the Labor Board. I have never been fired from a job but I was fired, stating I had violated HIPPA. I previously worked for CMS and am very aware of HIPPA regs. Would only ask an enemy to apply and work there.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None. the 4 people with whom I interviewed asked very bland questions, besides, "Is that the former Postmaster General here?" Yes.

I applied online. I interviewed at IQVIA in Apr 2024

      Interview

I had 4 interviews but the process was very quick. The whole process took around 3 weeks. I had two initial phone interviews/screenings then an in person interview with two managers where I was required to give a short 10 minute presentation. The a final “meet and greet” with the regional managers. Everyone was very encouraging and easy to talk to. They made the interview process easy. The presentation was nothing to stress about. It could be over any medical disease or process. They’re just looking for how you deliver information/educate, not necessarily the content you’re covering.
