I applied through job portal, company's HR called me for the interview. The interview process was easy. The 1st round was aptitude test which was done through AMCAT. The level was easy. The 2nd round was skype interview, there were 2 interviewers who were asking questions. Question were regarding accounting rules, financial ratios, about the company, are you ok with shifts, etc. There was 3rd round as well but I dint received the call regarding it.
