I applied online. I interviewed at IQVIA (Cambridge, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Short HR interview, 1h interview with a consultant over the phone. Final interview at their Cambridge office consisting of 2 cases and 1 Behavioural interview. It was obvious that the consultants giving the cases had no basic understanding of the process of actually giving a case. No initial framework needed and was met with a vacant stare when I asked for a minute to structure my thoughts.

Question 1
Innovation is one of their key competencies asked about (which was a surprise considering the lack of internal innovation).
The process included a HireVue interview, a behavioral screening, and multiple case interview rounds, including a group case interview. Everything was conducted online. The cases were a mix of individual and team-based exercises that assessed problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
It went well. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience felt comfortable. Expect a few puzzle-based questions along with detailed discussions around your projects, problem-solving approach, and decisions you made while building or handling different machine learning or data science tasks.
Applied through handshake. Interview was two rounds and one case interview. Case interview was pretty straight forward. Asked a typical sizing question. Can prepare for these kinds of questions online
