I had 3 rounds of interview with Iqvia and even visited their office for the last one, everything went smoothly until they ghosted me.. I had to reach out to them twice to learn about my application status around the time when they claimed they would reach out but they didn’t. It’s been over a month and haven’t heard from them. They said they would let me know but it is all crickets. It is so important to let the candidates know they did not get the job rather than making them wait and ghost.
