      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at INFUSE (Miami, FL) in Jan 2023

      Interview

First I had a long conversation with HR, a test task and PI Cognitive assessment was obligatory to preform to move on to the next stage. The test task had vague description, I was provided a doc where I had to adjust data, the doc included the list of dev team players with the description of their personality, soft and hard skills. The task was to adjust it to be able to show the table to your boss, It said do as much adjustments as you want. I proofread description, put the words into diplomatic language, structured data, corrected outdated dates (year, month etc), added my own description to the fields I felt were missing. Then passed it to HR. During the second round of interview with the company manager, we looked through my test task, wich at first I could not recognise as mine, as HR copied the initial doc without copying the doc formatting (I figured out it later after the interview). So the doc looked hard to read and the manager made a comment about that, she did not want to listen to the fact that the originally provided document looked completely different. She said that I did the task incorrectly, as she explained the task was to structure the data, adjusting the format of dates, name etc. Mostly data was put into the same format by me, but there were a couple of mistakes. But they did not compare the initial document I was handed in with the actual document. So I felt like a spent a couple of hours for in vain, So the task description differed from what I received and from what the manager expected to get from me. Moreover, HR description of the company varied a lot from what she described to actual info provided at the interview. They do not care if you work for them officially or not, and the women suggested to get a pay to my pay pal account instead!! The manager was kind of rude and acted disrespectfully during the second round of the interview. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not waste your time by passing several stages of tests and interviews - not worth your time and efforts.
