It was really fast track process and they asked genuine questions rather than going in theory about memorize questions they wanted to know about my thinking ability and real time problem solving skills and how can I move forward with some specific things.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at INDUS Technology (San Diego, CA) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was of average difficulty. I went through 4 rounds of interviews. Two of these interviews included 2 or more interviewers. The interviewer wanted to understand my previous background and experience, and they asked several situational questions about collaborating with multiple departments. I received an offer within a few days of my last interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One question focused on how I would handle working with a department that tends to be more difficult or challenging. They also wanted to know if I had a basic understanding of the industry and asked me to walk through my current daily routine from start to finish to get a sense of my workflow and time management.
Great company and straightforward interview. Accepted job offer, unfortunately, the client side had something fall through and project could not commence as planned. Would interview and accept another job from them in the future if a role arose.
