I found the job on Indeed. A day after, they contact me by email to let me when would be my interview. One week after, I was interviewee informally with the branch manager... he was very quick, only few questions and asked me to back next day for a drive test. I thought that I was hired already lol, but at the day I saw two more guys doing the test. I drove a ICS van around Etobicoke with a very kind instructor. After that, I answered a questionnaire with around 15 questions regarding all information given by the instructor. They requested my driven abstract and some personal information to apply for a background check. You must not have any infraction in the last 3 years/ accident in the last 5 years. One week later they called me to let me know that I passed all tests and was hired :).
